Olympics: Don’t endanger sports in blockaded Qatar, ANOC pleads

LAUSANNE: “Game must be separate from legislative issues,” the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) argued Monday, as Qatar remains strategically detached from some Gulf neighbors over allegations the emirate bolsters fanaticism.
